Needless to say, I was eagerly awaiting the mystery toy to arrive but I was a little disappointed when Plan sent me a baby toy. I opened the box when the kids were at school and found their wooden Baby Car. "Oh well," I thought, "I guess I have to find a baby to play with this so I can do the review."
How wrong I was. And how wrong to expect so little from Plan.
As soon as Hannah (age 3) walked into the house she spotted the little car. How could she miss it? The car is cute and painted in beautiful bright colors. She picked it up immediately and began to roll it around the floor asking me, "Mom, what is it?!" I didn't answer right away but let her explore the toy and figure it out for herself. After a while she declared it to be, "Cool. It feels nice in my hands. I think it's a rainbow bug." Christopher (age 5) on the other hand didn't want to play with it until I told him it was a car.
The Rainbow Bug Car has rolled its way all around our house in the last two weeks. Hannah loves it still. I told her it was a baby toy and now she brings it out for any baby that enters the house.
Nice job Plan Toys on the Baby Car. Not only is it a great toy for babies with its bright colors, strong construction and the wonderful feel of natural wood, it's a fun toy for the big kids too. I love that it can be a car or a Rainbow Bug and both my kids enjoy playing with it or giving it to the nearest baby.
Plan Toys has lots of fun stuff on their website. I love their vision and their desire to Go Green. Check out their cool toys in the following categories.
1. Baby Toys
4. Wooden Toys
* Play Toys provided me with the toy and asked me to write this review. I was not told what to say or compensated in any other way.

I told her that this is a baby toy, and now she bring any babies into the house out.
