It was a great final week. The kids had a blast, the weather was great, and I got to attend the Willow Creek Association Global Leadership Summit for all of Thursday and most of Friday. (I'm still processing that experience but it was definitely amazing.)
It's going to be hard to get used to mornings without staff devotions and worship twice a week. I'm going to have to drink some extra coffee to take the place of the energy of 150 people shouting out silly songs in morning assembly. And I'm really going to miss seeing my director team all day, every day.
